Performance Tests and Certifications
For the final acceptance of a thermal-metallurgical plant after modernization measures or implementation of a new furnace, generally the guaranteed properties have to be proven by perfomance tests. Plant operators and plant manufacturers rely on our expertise and objectivity when implementing these perfomance tests. We perform temperature measurement tests according to individual requirements, record process values, analyse measured data and draw up energy- and mass balances for the period of the performance test.
Depending on respective quality specifications the thermal treatment of specific heating stock has to take place in certified furnaces. As a neutral party we will also perform measurements for certification of furnaces according to international or customer-specific standards.
