GIWEP's Process Control System

GIWEP's process control system works according to the observer-predictor principle. The observer replaces the (mostly) not possible measurement of material features through sophisticated mathematical-physical modelling.

The predictor creates and changes the process parameters in such a way that the pre-set process targets (temperature, grain structure, hardness etc.) are achieved.

GIWEP's process control system comprises the following features:
